About Crestlet

Crestlet is rental management software for landlords and the tenants who rent from them. It is made by Xaura Technologies, a software company in India.

What it does

Crestlet keeps everything about a tenancy on one record. A landlord adds a property and its units, and each unit gets its own access code. The tenant signs up, enters the code and is linked to that unit. From then on the lease and its recurring charges, the monthly invoices and the security deposit, from the day it is received to the day it is settled, stay in one place that the landlord and the tenant both see. The features page goes through each part.

Who it is for

Landlords who manage their own rentals, from a single home to a building with many apartments, and the tenants who live in them. Tenants use Crestlet without charge, as the pricing page sets out.

Where it works

Crestlet runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. It works in any country and with any currency, and it is in ten languages, among them English, Spanish and French. The data it holds is stored on servers in the European Union, as the privacy policy explains.
