Everything a tenancy needs, on one record
Crestlet is rental management software for landlords and their tenants. These are the parts of it, from the day a property is added to the day a deposit is settled.
Features
Properties and units
A single home is set up with its one unit; a building gets as many units as it has doors.
Unit access codes
Each unit has its own code. Share it with the tenant, and change it whenever you like.
Leases
The terms of each tenancy, from the rent and due day to the notice period.
Rent invoices
Rent and recurring charges invoiced for every cycle, ready to print.
Rent tracking
An invoice for every rent cycle and each payment recorded against it.
Security deposits
From the day a deposit is received to a settlement both sides can read.
Tenant portal
Tenants join with a unit code and see their lease, bills and deposit.
Any country, any currency
A profile starts in the currency of its country and can use any other. Phone numbers keep their country code.
On every device
Crestlet runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.
How the parts fit together
A landlord adds a property and its units. Each lease sets the rent, the due day, the deposit and any recurring charges, and from it Crestlet drafts an invoice for every rent cycle. Each payment is recorded against the invoice it settles, and the deposit is followed from the day it is received to the day it is settled. The tenant joins their unit with its access code and sees the same record. Crestlet does not collect rent, find tenants or keep accounts; the comparison pages set it beside tools that do.

Add it, share a unit code, and your tenant can join before the day is out.
