Prices are in US dollars, euros or Indian rupees, depending on where you are, and exclude tax. They are not final: these are the plans we expect to offer, and the prices may change before launch.

Pricing questions.

What counts as a unit?
A unit is one home a tenant can join. A house or villa is one unit; an apartment building has one for each apartment.
Do tenants pay?
No. Tenants join their unit and see their lease, invoices and deposit without being charged.
Do plans renew by themselves?
No. You pay for one month or three at a time, and nothing is taken from your card after that. In the last five days of a plan you can renew it, and the new period starts when the old one ends. Standard can move up to Pro before it ends: the time you have not used comes off the Pro price.
What happens when a plan ends?
You move to the Free plan. Everything you have added stays and keeps working, and you can add more units again once you are on a plan with room for them.
What if I need a feature you do not have?
That is the Custom plan. It has everything in Pro, and we build the feature you need on top. Write to us about it, and we will agree on a price.
Is anything charged today?
No. Pricing is still being decided. Before any paid plan applies to you, we will tell you its price, and you can choose whether to continue.
